Function Room

We have a well equipped large Function Room at Westfield Park measuring 14 metres by 5 metres approximately which can therefore accomodate a wide range of activities. The room can comfortably seat 120 persons in theatre format or accomodate 80 persons in dining room format. Carpet Bowling, Guides and Brownies are already regular features at Westfield Park and the venue is proving very popular for christening, birthday and wedding celebrations. There is small stage that can be used for discos and small bands and can be extended if required for theatrical performances. There are a range of lighting options to meet differing requirements and to faciltate a mood change for more intimate evening occasions.

The Function Room can be hired and rates may be obtained from the Bookings Secretary.  Rates will be revised by the new Committee after the end of June 2011, and published in the autumn of 2011, but will not be implemented until April 2012. Any booking may be subject to additional charges where regulated entertainment, entrance fees or provision of alcohol may apply. Bookings must also include set up and clear up/cleaning time too.
